Day-to-Day Itinerary

Day 1: La Paz Embarkation

Welcome! Fly into La Paz International Airport for the start of your adventure. Transfer to the ship from our hospitality area. The captain and crew will greet you as you board the ship, just in time to enjoy a cocktail and dinner with your new companions.

Meals included: dinner

Day 2: Isla San Francisco Park

Explore a playground of steep red bluffs and expansive desert beaches. Put on your walking shoes for a hike along scenic ridges with stunning views, a wonderful way to kick off your trip. Go snorkeling among colorful sea life, paddle around in a kayak, try paddle boarding, or just relax on the beach with the sand between your toes. The island’s natural beauty makes it an ideal spot for outdoor adventures.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 3: Bahia Agua Verde

At Bahia Agua Verde, crystal-clear waters are framed by rugged, green-hemmed mountains. Explore the coast by small skiff, keeping an eye out for birds, seals, dolphins, and whales. Meet a local ranchero and his family and take a mule ride through the canyons and mountains to experience the “real Baja.” If you are feeling adventurous, walk to the nearby village of Agua Verde and experience this fishing and ranching area. This is a great area for hiking, small boat explorations and kayaking. Enjoy scenic vistas, exceptional exploration, excellent birding, and vibrant culture.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 4: Honeymoon Cove on Isla Danzante

Today, we will visit a stunning, secluded location. The water at Honeymoon Cove is exceptionally clear with a turquoise hue, making it a great spot for snorkeling. Explore colorful coral reefs, diverse fish species, and other sea creatures. Isla Danzante is known for its spectacular white sand beaches only accessible by boat. If you need a break from the water, there will be opportunities to hang out on the beach, hike to a mountain top, or kayak in the rocky coves.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 5: Captain's Choice

Rise and shine, adventurers! Early this morning, we’re hiking the incredible Volcán Coronado. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a challenging hike, Volcán Coronado offers numerous opportunities for exploration. Our challenging hike will take you up to the cinder cone, where you’ll get 360-degree views of the surrounding ocean and landscapes. If you don’t feel up to hiking, enjoy the beautiful beaches of Isla Coronado by taking a beach walk or skiff tour, where you will have a chance to see blue-footed boobies, dolphins, and sea lions. In the afternoon, join your captain for a marine mammal search in the Sea of Cortez, or if sea conditions allow, we will anchor and take some time to explore Loreto Town, the former Capital of all three California’s. Keep an eye out from the Safari Voyager for sightings of blue whales, fin whales, orcas, and a diverse array of pinnipeds and dolphins.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 6: Los Islotes & Isla Partida Park

Get ready to snorkel with our most adorable friends in all of Baja: the playful sea lion pups at Los Islotes! These curious pups are familiar with humans and will joyfully swim alongside you and your fellow UnCruisers. We will arrive bright and early before the other tour boats, ensuring you can enjoy this activity crowd-free. Opportunities for skiff tours will also be available. In the afternoon, we’ll head to Isla Parida Park, where you will have opportunities for kayaking, snorkeling, and hiking. Or kick back with a beach party, complete with a cool drink.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 7: Isla Cerralvo, San Jose, or Espiritu Santo

Today, your captain will choose a beautiful bay to anchor in before a day filled with activities. Enjoy the feel of warm sand under your feet on a beach walk, investigate nooks and crannies in the rocks by kayak, or explore a little further afield on a guided hike. Celebrate your week at tonight’s special farewell dinner with an entertaining slideshow by your expedition team.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 8: La Paz Disembarkation

Enjoy a final breakfast with the new friends you made onboard. Disembark the vessel and transfer to La Paz International Airport for your flight home.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner
