Lindblad Expeditions and Transcend Cruises have entered a multi-year charter agreement that will bring Lindblad-branded river cruises to Europe starting in spring 2026. Under the agreement, which extends through at least 2028, Lindblad will operate a growing number of annual European river departures aboard Transcend Cruises’ new luxury ships, under the National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions co-brand.

The partnership will debut with a brand-new river ship custom-designed by Transcend to meet Lindblad’s high standards for personalized, enriching travel.

Each voyage will feature Lindblad’s seasoned Expedition Leaders, expert Field Staff, and National Geographic Experts who will guide guests through private tours, exclusive tastings, and curated experiences designed to inspire and engage.
